MEDIA STATEMENT
The Advisers Association (TAA) welcomes Justice Moshinsky’s decision handed down today, in a class action against AMP Financial Planning (AMP), filed on behalf of AMP financial adviser members by Corrs Chambers Westgarth in the Federal Court of Australia (the Court).
The Court has found in favour of the lead applicant and sample group member.
TAA CEO Neil Macdonald says, ‘We are pleased for our AMP members and may make further comment when we have had time to read Justice Moshinsky’s judgement in detail.’
